We have created products that offer the lightness of a slice and the pleasure of a cookie for breakfast, hence the name Biscotti a Fette (Sliced Biscuits). They are also ideal as a mid-morning or afternoon snack, perfect for an energy boost to get you through to lunch or dinner, while staying light yet energetic. Our recipes are an evolution of tradition: the combination of butter, rice oil, and grapeseed oil makes our Biscotti a Fette tasty but at the same time easy to digest, without raising blood sugar spikes. The sourdough yeast rounds out the goodness of the recipe, whether in the rice rusks or the whole grain ones without added sugars.
