The key moments for creating a special biscuit that is mindful of well-being and health are:

• Skill in working and measuring them: the sequence of mixing raw materials is crucial so that each ingredient can give the best of its characteristics
• The rising times must respect the natural transformation process of the yeast
• Attention to baking: you must achieve a nice crust and an airy structure inside, to have an excellent mouthfeel and ease of digestion
• Cooling and packaging done with great dedication preserve the goodness of a freshly baked product

Our Sugar-Free line surprises with its goodness and delicacy; there are no aftertastes, and they leave a pleasant sensation after tasting. What about our whole grain rice and chocolate biscuits?

Pastries with a light yet delightful taste, thanks to stone-ground whole grain rice, a rarely used ingredient but with beneficial properties, and dark chocolate chips with a refined flavor!

Let’s not forget our Monococco spelt biscuits; we use Tuscan flour and fresh squeezed orange juice, which, combined with einkorn wheat flour, releases a unique taste, very digestible, with low gluten content and plenty of natural proteins.
