Since 1954, Antico Forno Rovai has been creating recipes that honor tradition and enhance our local area, focusing on using raw materials, preferably sourced locally. Consider the stone-ground flours, thanks to our collaboration with a mill in Pietrasanta. The grains and cereals are processed using traditional methods, preserving the properties of the raw materials.
