Protein

The idea originated from a desire to create a genuine food product, not just a simple protein biscuit. That’s why we named it Proteone.

These are the most gourmet and delectable expressions of Pietrasanta’s rich tradition. The 1950s recipe, which includes butter, is available in various renditions, each brimming with almonds, chocolate and cocoa, or hazelnuts.
