Delicious moments of pleasure that accompanied our grandparents after meals or with tea or coffee. The original recipe from the Rovai bakery used butter. Over time, and with the desire to improve our products, we have developed a modern version using rice and/or grape seed oil to reduce saturated fat content while preserving the delightful taste of a traditional butter-based treat. Years of studies and research have led us to create pastries with a unique lightness and special ingredients, such as rice flour and whole grain flour without added sugars.
